This is a training tool to help you recognize signs of mental health distress in yourself and others, encourage someone to seek help, build stronger connections with your peers, and foster positive mental well-being. The course is required for all incoming freshmen, first-year transfer students, and incoming graduate students. Questions can be directed to wellnesstraining@illinois.edu.
ACE IT is a workshop offered as part of the University of Illinois Counseling Center’s Alcohol and Other Drug Prevention Program. ACE IT's goal is to help you to stay safe, be healthy, and succeed academically—whether or not you choose to drink. It's offered in partnership with New Student Programs and is required for all new undergraduate and transfer students under the age of 21.
