Kognito At-Risk Mental Health Training
Kognito At-Risk Mental Health is a free interactive role-play simulation for UIUC students, staff, and faculty that builds awareness, knowledge, and skills about mental health and suicide prevention, and prepares users to lead real-life conversations with others in distress and connect them with support.
ACE IT
ACE IT is a workshop offered as part of the University of Illinois Counseling Center’s Alcohol and Other Drug Prevention Program. ACE IT's goal is to help you to stay safe, be healthy, and succeed academically—whether or not you choose to drink. It's offered in partnership with New Student Programs and is required for all new undergraduate and transfer students under the age of 21.
